Paragon is a multi-storey space located on Broadway in Brooklyn’s Bed-Stuy neighbourhood. It’s the newest project from John Barclay, who was also behind the Bossa Nova Civic Club and involved with renowned 2010s DIY space 285 Kent.

10Hope is a Mediterranean Restaurant and Bar in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The interior is a contemporary space, with a Mediterranean twist. Large arched windows, a round 1-way mirror, oak paneled walls, an empress green marble bar top, & lush greenery by Kristine create an inviting setting to have a delicious meal or drink with friends.

Elsewhere is a live music venue, nightclub & arts space in Brooklyn built to celebrate creativity and instigate multi-disciplinary experimentation. The DJ booth is the focal point of the main dance hall space. The DJ booth design propels the entire space into an abstract painting of hued fog, beams of color, and architectural light circling around lines of steel. #safcorecasestudy
